  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla and eggs, beating until well combined.
  6. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  8. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, flour, and chopped nuts.
  9. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the cheesecake.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  11. Let it cool before removing from the pan.
