  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat and add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Mix in cheese until melted.
  4. Place the beef and cheese mixture onto each tortilla and fold.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry chimichangas until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve.
