Delicious and creamy ham noodle casserole using leftover ham, chicken ham, and turkey bacon, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup diced leftover ham
  • 1 cup chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the diced ham, chicken ham, turkey bacon, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and seasonings.
  4. Add the cooked noodles and peas to the mixture; stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Can substitute with any leftover meat you have.
  • For extra creaminess, add more milk or soup.
