Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cut the French bread into cubes and place in the prepared dish.
  3. Scatter blueberries over the bread cubes.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and salt.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. The next morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
