  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 cups diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, and vegetables to the egg mixture and stir well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
