Breakfast Casserole

A delicious breakfast casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a family meal.

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 cups cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the diced chicken ham until warmed through.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer the cubed bread, crumbled turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and meats.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the egg is set and cheese is bubbly.
