Brussels Sprout, Kale + Apple Salad with Sharp Cheddar + Bacon

A delicious and healthy salad featuring Brussels sprouts, kale, apples, sharp cheddar cheese, and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 large apple, diced
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded Brussels sprouts, chopped kale, and diced apple.
  2. Add the shredded sharp cheddar, crumbled turkey bacon, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.
  3. Toss the salad together until all ingredients are mixed well.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
