Buttered Lobster Pasta

A rich and flavorful dish that combines tender lobster with creamy pasta in a buttery sauce.

  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the lobster meat to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes when cooking the garlic.
  • Use freshly cooked lobster for the best flavor.
