- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
