  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to package instructions.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  4. Add the chopped turkey bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the egg mixture and stir well.
  5. Grease a casserole dish and layer the biscuit mix at the bottom.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit layer.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
