  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms; sauté until tender.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk; cook until thickened.
  6. Add cooked chicken, spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg: mix well.
  7. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with bread crumbs.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
