  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chocolate graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and press into a tart pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers, then pour it over the dark chocolate chips and let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir until smooth and pour into the cooled crust.
  6. Top with fresh raspberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
