  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, pureed
  • 1 cup cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until just boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate, stirring until melted.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and raspberry puree until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours, or until it’s firm enough to scoop.
