  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, eggs, sugar, salt, and milk until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  3. Pour batter onto the skillet, cooking until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown.
  4. In a separate pan, cook turkey bacon until crisp.
  5. Serve pancakes topped with turkey bacon.

Notes
