- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream of chicken soup
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with tater tots.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and green onions on top, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
