2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup tortellini
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, tortellini, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Stir until well mixed.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the tortellini is tender.
Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and serve warm.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add more cheese as desired.
Substitute chicken with turkey or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
