  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 6 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the onion soup mix, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Pour the mixture over the roast.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
  4. Shred the meat with two forks and return to the crockpot for additional flavor absorption.
  5. Serve the meat on hoagie rolls topped with provolone cheese.
