- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
