- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion until cooked through.
- In the crockpot, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
- Add half of the ground beef mixture on top of the potatoes.
- Spread half of the cream of mushroom soup over the beef.

- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, beef, soup, and cheese.
