  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, turkey bacon, chicken ham, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Break the lasagna noodles into pieces and add them to the crockpot.
  3. Stir everything together and cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
