This delicious croissant breakfast casserole combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful morning treat.

  • 6 croissants
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, lightly sauté the chicken ham.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cut croissants into pieces and layer them in a baking dish.
  6. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the croissants.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the croissant layer.
  8. Top with shredded cheese.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add spinach or bell peppers.
