Crunchy Dill Pickle Chicken Salad

  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, dill pickles, celery, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
