Dump And Bake Chicken Tzatziki Rice

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the chicken breasts, cooked rice, tzatziki sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir until the chicken and rice are well coated.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle with diced cucumber and fresh dill.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the chicken in tzatziki sauce for a few hours before baking.
