Easy Baked Penne Pasta

An easy and delicious recipe for baked penne pasta using turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  4. In the same pan, add the diced chicken ham and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked penne, turkey bacon, chicken ham, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle additional cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add fresh basil on top before serving.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
