  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 lb imitation crab meat
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear.
  2. Combine rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to manufacturer instructions.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat rice vinegar, sugar, and salt over low heat until dissolved, then set aside.
  4. Once the rice is cooked, gently fold in the vinegar mixture and let it cool.
  5. In each bowl, layer rice, crab meat, cucumber, avocado, and green onions.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
