  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 15 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add chicken ham, broth, crushed tomatoes, and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add lasagna noodles and cook until tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and ricotta cheese, cooking until heated through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with mozzarella and crumbled bacon on top.
