1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 large eggs
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
