This Easy Pumpkin Dump Cake is the perfect indulgent dessert for any autumn gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin spice. Mix well.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
  5. If using, sprinkle chopped nuts over the cake mix.
  6. Drizzle melted butter on top of the cake mix.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cake is set.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
