  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add bell peppers and mushrooms; sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and spinach; cook until spinach is wilted.
  5. Stir in cooked spaghetti, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
