  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, or ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add onions to the skillet and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in beef broth and thyme, and bring to a simmer.
