  • 1 loaf brioche or challah bread
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Cut the bread into cubes and add to the egg mixture, stirring to combine.
  5. Fold in the chopped turkey bacon.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
