  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  3. Cut the brioche bread into cubes and place it in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Sprinkle the cooked turkey bacon and diced chicken ham over the top.
  6. Drizzle maple syrup over the casserole.
