  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy.
  3. Add the diced turkey bacon, shredded cheese, bell peppers, green onions, salt, and pepper to the egg whites and mix thoroughly.
  4. Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
