  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 4 sandwich thins or English muffins
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
