- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, melt the butter and then whisk in the egg.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
