Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mason jars to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and egg yolks until smooth.
  4. Pour the lime mixture over the crust in the jars.
  5. Top with whipped cream and lime zest before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter pie, add more condensed milk.
