Lazy Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and easy breakfast casserole featuring turkey bacon and biscuits, perfect for lazy mornings.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it into a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Add the crumbled turkey bacon and shredded cheese to the biscuit pieces.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the top and gently stir to combine.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
