Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded carrots, and turkey bacon.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
