Loaded Cheddar Ranch Beef and Sweet Corn Rotini Bake

A delicious and hearty dish combining beef, sweet corn, and rotini pasta with a creamy ranch flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup sweet corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in ranch seasoning, sweet corn, and heavy cream. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine cooked rotini with beef mixture and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add diced bell peppers or onions to the beef mixture.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
