  • 6 slices brioche bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and salt.
  2. Arrange brioche slices in a greased baking dish and pour the egg mixture over them. Ensure all pieces are soaked.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled turkey bacon over the top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the dish uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and use a kitchen torch to caramelize.
