- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, for topping
