Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna Recipe

This indulgent lasagna combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with the comforting layers of pasta and cheese.

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey and bacon until browned; drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce, garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt to the skillet; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, and basil.
  6. Spread a layer of the meat sauce in a baking dish, followed by noodles, and then the ricotta mixture.
  7. Repeat layers, finishing with the remaining meat sauce and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the meat sauce.
