A rich and creamy dessert with layers of pumpkin and cream cheese.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. In a third bowl, mix pumpkin puree with pumpkin pie spice and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt to the cream cheese mixture.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance.
