  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a baking sheet, toss the vegetables with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
