  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugars.
  4. Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Create a small indentation in the center of each cookie and fill with salted caramel sauce.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are firm.
  10. Let cool before serving.
