  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups cubed bread
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Add the bread cubes and cooked sausage to the egg mixture, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
