  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 6 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the brioche into thick slices and lay them in a greased sheet pan.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the brioche, ensuring all slices are soaked.
