  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Begin by peeling and slicing the cucumbers thinly.
  2. Sprinkle salt over the cucumbers and let them sit for 10 minutes to release excess water.
  3. In a bowl, mix the red chili flakes, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar.
  4. Rinse and drain the cucumbers, then add them to the dressing.
  5. Mix well and toss in the chopped green onions.
  6. Allow the salad to marinate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
