A delicious and easy recipe for steak and shrimp stir fry that is packed with flavor and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, mixing well to combine.
  7. Serve over cooked rice.
