Stuffed Cabbage Soup

  • 1 cup rice
  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.

  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, rice, and spices.
  4. Carefully add cabbage leaves, cover, and simmer until cabbage is tender.
