8 small tortillas
6 slices turkey bacon
1 cup diced chicken ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
In the same skillet, add the diced chicken ham and cook until heated through.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray and lay the tortillas in the bottom.
Evenly distribute the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheddar cheese over the tortillas.
Pour the egg mixture over the top of the fillings.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
