  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, and add the diced chicken.
